Is it possible to return the devices to Amazon for repair or resolution?

would like to share my experience as a warning for others.

I purchased two WHOOP devices from Amazon, and unfortunately, both devices have been unusable since the beginning. I was unable to complete the setup or connect them to the app at all.

I have contacted WHOOP support multiple times and provided video evidence, but the issue remains unresolved. Until now, neither device has worked.

At this point, I am not sure whether the devices are authentic or if there is a deeper issue, but I strongly recommend being cautious when purchasing WHOOP devices from Amazon.
