I'm having a very difficult time trying to get my whoop replaced as it stopped working the very first day I was using it and will not take a charge

Hello, I have been trying now for a little over a month to get my whoop replaced. I keep getting AI generated responses asking for things like a video on whether I know how to charge my whoop and activate it. I had a whoop 4.0 and was absolutely sold on this product and that is why I ordered a 5.0 whoop and gifted my 4.0 to a friend. Can please someone help me resolve this issue I have already paid for the year and I have not been able to use it since day one.
