I want to continue with a full Peak membership but also receive brand-new hardware—please advise how I can switch from the Peak trial without being forced into the Life plan.

Hi WHOOP Support Team,

I just wanted to clarify my situation clearly — I am currently on the Peak membership trial, but when I try to upgrade inside the app, the only option I see is WHOOP Life for $299/year, which I do not want. My preference is to continue with Peak membership going forward.

However, I also want to receive brand-new hardware — a new WHOOP device, new band, and the wireless PowerPack. Currently, I do not see an option that allows me to switch directly from the Peak trial to a full Peak membership, while also receiving new hardware.

Is there any way to:
1) Convert my current Peak trial into a full Peak membership, and
2) Still receive a brand-new WHOOP device and band (instead of keeping the certified pre-owned trial hardware)?

Please let me know the best way to proceed so I can stay on Peak without being pushed into the WHOOP Life plan.

Thanks for taking the time to write in. To convert your current Peak trial into a full Peak membership, you can do so by extending your membership for 12 months. When you convert your trial into a full membership, you will keep the wired Basic Charger that came with your trial device. If you want a wireless PowerPack, it can be purchased separately from the WHOOP Shop after conversion.

Regarding receiving brand-new hardware, trials come with WHOOP 5.0 hardware (which is the latest for Peak trials) and a wired Basic Charger. If you start directly with a 12-month Peak Membership (not a trial). Converting your trial to a full membership does not automatically include new hardware beyond what you have in the trial kit.
