I want a refund

I am contacting you because I was wrongly charged 264€. I had opted for the monthly payment plan, yet I was billed for the full amount without my consent.

I haven’t used the device for several weeks, and this charge is unjustified. I am requesting an immediate refund. Please note that such billing practices are not compliant with commercial regulations in France.

Very surprising that Whoop reduct from my account yearly membership 919dhs last month 8Nov 2025 and now 10Dec 2025 .
