I upgraded from one month free to 12 month ONE to get WHOOP 5

Hello WHOOP,

I got my one month account and today I upgraded to ONE with 12 month subscripción. I received my invoice with the bank money charge, but I have not received anything about the new sending of the WHOOP 5. I followed the instructions in one of the posts saying:

  • You’ll need to purchase a 12-month membership extension—one-time upgrade fees aren’t available during the trial.

I did that but I have not received and email saying that you are going to send the new WHOOP 5 Device. Can someone inform me about this?

After you place your order, it typically takes about 2 business days to receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. During high demand or peak periods, processing times may be longer before your order ships. Once shipped, tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to appear.
