How to return my unused whoop within 30 days

Hi there,

Just to confirm, have you already tried the following steps to return your WHOOP device?

  1. Log in to your account at app.whoop.com.
  2. Head to the Membership section.
  3. Select Returns or Cancel Membership.
  4. Follow the prompts to initiate your return and cancellation.
  5. You’ll receive a return label or QR code to ship your WHOOP device back.
  6. Make sure to ship it within 14 days of starting the return process.

If you’ve already done this and something’s not working, please reach out to support@whoop.com and they will help you get it sorted.

In membership section there is no “Returns” option.

I have sent already an email to the support address.

I am having this same problem now and customer service is absolutely horrible. I have been trying for weeks to get customer service beyond AI-generated response for an unused sensor I am trying to return. I do not get a “Returns” option in my app or on the website no matter what I do and there is no information, anywhere, about what to do in this case. As mentioned, numerous emails to customer service with promises to get back to me if I send along my case number (which I have done) yields nothing. Does anyone have any insight about what I can do to return this? I have the email order but no instructions anywhere about how to send this back. it just shouldn’t be this hard to do a simple thing but I think that is how WHOOP now works.
