I have a single bracelet linked to two accounts receiving payments simultaneously.

I've been a WHOOP SPEAK member since 2025. When I switched iPhones, it didn't recognize either my bracelet or my account. By mistake, I created a new account thinking that with the same details and bank account, it would recognize my profile and sync. Now I have two accounts with the same bracelet. When I try to cancel, it asks me to return it for €12 or pay €115. I want my account back! I don't want to return my WHOOP bracelet; I want to recover my old account, which it doesn't recognize. I want to cancel my new subscription and keep the old one. I ONLY HAVE ONE BRACELET, BUT TWO LINKED ACCOUNTS! PLEASE! HELP!
