Hoping for some advice. I took out a whoop free trial and sent the device back last year. I then decided I wanted to give whoop a go for a year, so looked at memberships. Decided the annual peak membership would be best.
I emailed support and confirmed several times, that if I purchased this membership through the app, that it would include a new whoop 5.0 and a superknit band. Support confirmed.
Today I went ahead and subscribed, and I’m now being told by the incredibly frustrating AI support that this isn’t the case and I have to pay to upgrade to an MG. I don’t want an MG, and can’t get through to a real person.any advice? I’m now sat with a £230 membership I can’t even use.
