I can't pair my WHOOP to my iPhone

When I try to pair my Whoop with my iPhone, I get an error message saying “Something went wrong” without any further details about the issue.

I’ve already contacted WHOOP support and followed their suggested steps, but the problem persists. Are there any other ways to resolve this issue? Below are the steps provided by support (already tried):
