I bought and paid one year peak membership while I still had the free month membership and I thought when I took the new device that my membership will continue but now I have to pay for one year even tho I already did.can I call someone to help with my case?

If someone has purchased a new WHOOP membership while still having an active free trial or previous membership, the memberships do not automatically combine or extend. Each membership is treated separately, and payment is required for each active membership period.
It’s important to ensure the email used during purchase matches the one used to log into the WHOOP app to avoid creating separate accounts, which can cause confusion or duplicate charges.
