HRV as a percentage not a great idea

HRV is very personally based metric, high HRV is considered better but it really isn’t in my case. Mine is always low around 19, whoop reports lower than Oura & Garmin which is around 25. But framing my recovery based on me dropping a few points seems over exaggerated if you have a low HRV in the first place. Those of you who have a much higher HRV probably fluctuate 3 or 4 points daily but since it’s high in the first place the percentage is less of an affect. I went from 19 to 16 overnight which is 16%. But is this a reason to smash me with a poor recovery, I think not. Starting to really lose faith in Whoop.
