Hi! Regularly I have exercises in calories during WOD’s, like 30 cal SkiErg, rowing or air bike. But when I want to manually add exercises to calculate muscular load, I can only enter these exercises as reps, which is not very useful. Does anyone know how to enter these exercises using calories?
To me it doesn’t matter if the calories are equal to the calories based on whoop. I just want to make a distinction between a 10 cal exercise and a 30 cal exercise..
