Hi. I recently renewed my membership (whoop4). It says that I am eligible for a free Whoop 5 but when I click that option on the app, it doesnt take me anywhere. How do I get the Whoop 5 device on renewal? Or do I have to take a fresh membership and of so what happens to my old one? Thanks!
