I just read 12-15 accounts of Whoop customers who actually like the product but hate the bot support which was worthless in helping them the replacement they needed. I lost my Whoop in a security bin yesterday in Chile and thought this would be an easy fix. IM COMING UP ON 2 YEARS wearing my Whoop 24/7 and this is how we get treated. Ironically the bots are hounding me about not wearing it. Lastly after all that someone chimes in to say they’re going to push this up the chain? Is there an answer?

That link is “Grayed out” and does not execute when I select “Buy now” or “Add to Cart”. Then, when I search for “Replacement Whoop 5.0” which is what that non-executable link says, the site says “no results”.
