# How do I invite friends to my WHOOP team?

I have a couple of friends who just got WHOOP straps, and I want them in on our team. Do I just send them a link, or is there an “invite” button in the app?

when you create a team you’ll see an “invite a member” link on it - you can copy that code and send it to friends and they can search for your team via that code. The invite code will look like "comm-xxxxxx where the xs are numbers/letters
