How can I cancel my subscription and get back the money I was charged?

I didn't know that Whoop automatically created subscriptions for users. Today I logged into my bank account and noticed that Whoop charged me €115.00 without me even using the bracelet or the app. This happened after I tried the free month. I need help getting the lost money back.

You can cancel your WHOOP membership by going to app.whoop.com, navigating to the Membership section, and selecting “Cancel Your Membership.” Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

Regarding trial memberships, if you cancel during the 30-day trial period, you must return the WHOOP device (sensor and battery pack) within 14 days of canceling to avoid charges. If you do not return the device, a restocking fee will apply ($75 for the sensor, $49 for the battery pack). If you don’t cancel or return the device, your trial will automatically convert to a 12-month Peak membership at $239/year.

Refunds for cancellations and returns are processed after the device is received and inspected. If you miss the return window or do not return the device, refunds are not available.

If you want to cancel and avoid charges, make sure to initiate cancellation and return the device within the trial period.
