Help me please thank you

Hello,
I need help with my WHOOP subscription. I recently bought a new WHOOP device and I wanted to purchase a discounted 24-month membership. In the WHOOP app it didn’t allow me to buy the subscription, only through the website, so I had to order a new band and then purchase the 24-month membership separately.

However, after the 1-month trial on the new WHOOP ended, the system charged me for an additional 1-month membership. Because of that, my 24-month membership is not active and only the monthly one is running.

Could you please:

  1. Cancel and refund the 1-month charge,
  2. Activate my 24-month membership that I already paid for?
