Hello,
I switched to a new iPhone and my WHOOP 5.0 will no longer pair.
The sensor is working (green LEDs are on and it charges), but it never enters pairing mode with a flashing blue LED.
It does not appear in my iPhone Bluetooth list either.
I have already restarted the phone, reinstalled the app, tried Pair a Device, charged the battery pack, and followed all troubleshooting steps.
Could you please check if my device can be remotely reset or if it needs a replacement?
