Thank you for sharing your concerns. Here is some helpful information regarding the issues you mentioned:

  1. Blood Pressure Measurement:

  • WHOOP Life estimates blood pressure based on overnight physiological data and requires a one-time calibration using three cuff measurements for personalized insights.

  • If you haven’t calibrated recently or at all, the blood pressure feature may not update.

  • Blood Pressure Insights update once daily in the morning after your recovery data is processed.

  • This feature is wellness-focused and not a medical device.

  • If you are on blood pressure medication or have specific health concerns, consulting a healthcare provider is recommended.

  1. VO2 Max Reporting:

  • VO2 Max is estimated weekly, typically updated on Tuesdays.

  • You need to have logged at least 14 sleeps in the last 21 days for an estimate to appear.

  • GPS-enabled runs of 15+ minutes improve accuracy but are not required.

  • You can manually enter lab-tested VO2 Max values if you have them.

  • Make sure your profile info like weight and max heart rate is accurate for best results.

  1. ECG Retrieval:

  • ECG readings take about 30 seconds and require you to be still for accuracy.

  • You can take on-demand ECG readings anytime with WHOOP Life and a WHOOP MG device.

  • The app shows your ECG reports, but retrieving a specific date’s reading may require scrolling or searching within the ECG Reports section.

  • You can delete old ECG readings but cannot recover deleted ones.

  • The ECG feature does not require calibration but must be enabled in the app.
