How can I find my historic O2 readings? Unlike the other heath metrics, there is no “trend” button - instead it offers me info on the topic from Mayo. Ideally, I’d like access to that data since I began wearing Whoop over 2 years ago. But I’d settle for 6 mo’s info.
Hi @ACaseNH , thanks for reaching out! At the moment, Blood Oxygen (SpO₂) doesn’t have an in-app “trend” view, which is why you’re only seeing the informational screen instead of weekly or monthly charts. SpO₂ is measured during sleep and shown as a nightly average in your Health Monitor, but it isn’t currently visualized over time in the app like HRV or RHR.
That said, your full SpO₂ history is available; it just requires a data export.
How to access your historical SpO₂ data
You can download all of your WHOOP data (including nightly SpO₂ values) by:
-
Opening the WHOOP app
-
Going to More → App Settings → Export WHOOP Data
-
Requesting an export, which you’ll receive by email as a CSV file
