Having issue with charging

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my WHOOP 5.0 charger. When I connect the wireless PowerPack to a USB-C charger, it shows a continuous green light. However, the WHOOP app does not show that it is charging.

When I remove the PowerPack from the USB-C cable and attach it to my WHOOP band, the green light turns on for about one second and then disappears. The app still does not show any charging status.

I have been experiencing this issue for the last 2–3 days, and now my WHOOP has completely shut down because the battery is dead.

Has anyone experienced the same problem? Is this likely a faulty PowerPack, a band issue, or is there anything else I can try?

Hi there! Please try attaching the battery pack to the WHOOP sensor, and then plugging them into the charging cable while they’re connected. If you are not seeing any LEDs on the WHOOP illuminate after about 15-20 seconds, please reach out to our support team via email for further troubleshooting steps at support@whoop.com.
