Today I found out Garmin has introduced health monitoring with the same metrics as Whoops. Everything seems very close aside HRV. I generally run a low HRV but not as low as Whoop reports and since they do percentages to calculate recovery then I’m always red or yellow when I move a few points. I already know HR is not working well in Whoop and can only assume this also affects HRV.
