FSA reimbursement

Looking some suggestions, FSA reimbursement Denial due to on order status not showing as anything for medical diagnosis when I submitted for my provider.

Seems like this comes up a lot. Why isn’t the receipt updated to reflect what is being purchased if you advertise that it is FSA eligible? This is a requirement for FSA reimbursement. Please, please update your receipt so your customers don’t have to spend extra time dealing with this. Thank you!

Hi @MAL319 , thanks for reaching out! WHOOP annual membership fees are generally eligible for FSA reimbursement, though approval ultimately depends on your specific FSA provider.

To submit your reimbursement, you’ll need an itemized receipt, which you can find in one of two places:

  • Your original order confirmation email, or

  • By logging into app.whoop.com and navigating to Payment History, where you can download the receipt directly.
