My Whoops firmware is 50.34.0.6 and it seems there are lots of updates since then. Anyone else stuck on this version? I think I’ve been on this for maybe 5 months.

@AlanGooner I had this too. This was a beta version back when we had discussions with the Whoop Team in the fall. You’re probably stuck on it since they paused firmware updates to your strap.

I was wondering about that too. But seems a bit of a poor designed if now stuck on the old firmware forever
Hi @AlanGooner ! Just heard back - just got confirmation that you’re part of the beta group for our HR algorithm update. If you’re not happy with it, I can definitely have the team pull you off that and have you back on normal releases, but you are on the current version for the HR beta!
Hello @noooor Well being in the beta group and getting updates and being in the beta group and getting no updates, which seems to be my case, of course I would want out of the beta group. I am a bit surprised I am still in it if no beta updates are being released which seems to be the case. Its a bit of a silly situation to be honest so yes please remove me from beta. So frustrating!

Thank you but still shocked! I helped you guys out by testing a new beta firmware and reported back only to be stuck with it since the fall. Very poor on your end. Wonder what I’ve missed out on.
Hey @AlanGooner , I understand. I checked in on this as I was not 100% certain of your beta process, and the standard firmware update was last updated in October. You’ll be able find all firmware updates/notes here

I have looked there many times. there is no mention of 50.34.0.6 or anything Beta related. That said can’t be many Beta updates if the last one was October. Please take me off the Beta list since it really seems there is no such thing. And once I tested for your team, I should have been taken off the Beta list and moved to regular updates, or at the very least been asked.
Apologies if I wasn’t clear; my October and link references were in relation to the “standard” (non-beta) updates.

Hello @noooor My Whoop has updated to 50.35.2.0 but the firmware site says 50.35.1.0 (Current). Can you please confirm I have the standard firmware not a new beta version of 50.35.2.0
Hi @AlanGooner - I have confirmed that this is the most up-to-date standard firmware being rolled out, and that the page will be updated.
Funny how it’s so far behind, shouldn’t it be updated at the same time the firmware is released
