Finally green now the HRV spike has dropped

but the wild thing is my HRV has been very consistent 18 to 21 most days.. but now the 160 HRV spike has gone I look super recovered yet don’t feel different to any other day these last months. Was I super recovered for the last few months? Easily 2 months of this situation. Very close to putting Whoop in a draw. I have moved from Bicep to Wrist, next step is to stop wearing it. :frowning:

This spike issue and percentages was reported at least 2 months ago and nothing has been done. Probably hoping it will drop off and I will stop complaining.

:frowning: Nothing has been done. Also nothing in regards of inaccurate heart rate. But we will probably see new (useless) features soon. So disappointing. I’m also close to :hammer:. I’ve stopped wearing it during the day. I only wear it during nighttime now. Even this gets more and more questionable. The data I get :zipper_mouth_face::rofl:. And the thing that Whoop collects data when it’s off body.

The day will come soon for me too I guess where I will stop wearing it completely.

Well that lasted all of a day for a good recovery. 2 point HRV drop probably because of moving from Bicep to Wrist put me in the yellow. 2 points is 11% meaning a bad recovery. Get a grip Whoop I feel great. Stop with this stupid percentage crap and stick to the ranges you have in Health Monitor where my HRV is green.

All my other apps have my HRV around 22-24, this has been consistent for years, I have a natural low HRV. Whoop is showing lower than my other apps but I know others have said HRV is lower on 5 compared to 4. But I don’t care what Whoops says I want them to use my range and not a percentage which overly affects users with low HRV.

I’m waiting until advanced labs is live and see what it has to offer and the prize. Then I guess I will delete my Whoop account. It has become completely useless to me. Money thrown out of the window

I was hopeful after my meeting but since then it has gone very quiet. They said all the right things to me but so far I see no actions. I have implored them to Post about the problems and their plans to address. :frowning:

:downcast_face_with_sweat: I was hopeful as well. But since then nothing has happened. I understand it takes some time to fix things. But issues like heart rate inaccuracies are a long known problem. And yours also. What I don’t get is why they implement new features in relatively short time windows but don’t address core problems.

@AlanGooner I’m going to delete my Whoop account. I’m done sadly. It’s completely useless to me. Therefore I will probably also disappear from this community.

Thank you for following my posts and all the likes you gave. You’ve been a great companion here. All the best for you. Keep cycling :heart_hands:t2:

Sad to see you go but understandable. Don’t think I’ll be far behind you. Amazfit Helio Band is pretty good.

Whoop, make it make sense!!!

Out of range

Or in range🤷

It would seem to me that the only thing Whoop is concerned with is HRV. Since I have a naturally low one my recovery as documented is all over the place. Today I went up a few points, lo and behold, an almost perfect recovery. What is the difference between today and yesterday, a slightly improved HRV. Whilst my actual feeling is no difference between yesterday (46%) and today (98%). So which one is right?

Whilst I understand HRV is important it shouldn’t be the only factor. Especially when you use a percentage rather than a range to determine. Whoop needs a complete overhaul of how they are managing the metrics. Steps and HRV are far too important and need to be dialed back.
