Feature Request: Rest Time Between Sets in Strength Trainer

I’d love to see WHOOP Strength Trainer support tracking rest time between sets.

Right now, Strength Trainer is great for logging exercises, sets, reps, and weight, but rest time is a major part of strength training and workout quality. Being able to track how long I rest between sets would make the feature much more useful and accurate.

Ideally, WHOOP could automatically start a rest timer after each set is completed, with the option to:

  • See the current rest time before starting the next set

  • Set a target rest time per exercise

  • Get a vibration/notification when the target rest time is reached

  • Review rest times after the workout as part of the workout summary

This would help users train more consistently, manage intensity better, and understand how rest time affects performance and recovery.
