Feature Request: Per‑Activity History Views for Walking, Running, and Cycling

Right now I can see individual activities and overall Strain trends, but there’s no **simple, per‑sport history view**. For walking, running, and cycling, I’d like to see how my training volume and pacing evolve over weeks and months without manually piecing it together from separate activities.

This matters especially to see if I’m progressing distance/time sensibly and I’m not ramping too fast week‑to‑week

Proposed Solution:

Add per‑activity history pages for key endurance activities (at minimum: Walking, Running, Cycling), accessible from either:

  • Tapping an activity type name anywhere in the app, or

  • A new “Activities” or “By Sport” section in Trends.

What each per‑activity page could show (per week by default):

  1. Total Distance (km/mi)
  2. Total Time
  3. Average Pace (for walk/run) or Average Speed (for cycling)
  4. Number of Sessions
  5. Optional: Average Cadence, if available

View options:

  • Weekly view (last 4–12 weeks)
  • Monthly view (last 3–6 months)

Also:

  • Ability to tap into a given week to see the list of activities that contributed

Why this helps:

  • Gives a clear, quick picture of progression for each sport

  • Supports safe progression for members managing injuries:

    • Easy to see total walking/cycling time per week so ramps stay gradual
  • Makes WHOOP more useful

    • Members can anchor their plans around sport‑specific volume rather than just total Strain.

Implementation notes (to keep scope reasonable) MVP:

  • Start with Walking, Running, Cycling, since they’re the most common endurance activities and already have distance/pace data.
  • Use data that WHOOP already records:
    • Duration, distance, pace/speed from GPS or inferred metrics.
  • Initial version could be a simple bar/line chart per metric by week, with the option to swipe between metrics.
