Tracking hydration is a great idea but for each person “sufficient” hydration will be different and not that easy to judge. It would be far better to allow users to log number of cups irrespective of whether they feel sufficiently hydrated or not. That way there is objective and subjective data to analyse. Whoop might then be able to show how much hydration tends to line up with good or bad recovery.
I appreciate your team must be very busy but I notice a lot of posts that would need Whoop team responses or acknowledgment are going unanswered for a couple of weeks. I’m new here so I don’t know if that’s normal, but it would be great to know your typical response time, if possible, or whether some sort of feedback would better be sent to the support email.
