Hi WHOOP team,

**Sync of SpO₂**

I’m using WHOOP alongside CPAP and SleepHQ and would really like more access to the underlying SpO₂ data. Recently my SpO₂ in Whoop is trending down. But from this I cannot derive how many or how deep desaturations I have.

Right now WHOOP only surfaces a single nightly SpO₂ value in Health Monitor. For sleep‑disordered breathing and CPAP tuning, I need:

Full‑night, high‑resolution SpO₂ time series. Not just a nightly summary

Sync of raw SpO₂ data to Apple Health, so it can flow into tools like SleepHQ together with CPAP data

Ideally, timestamp‑aligned samples so desaturations can be viewed directly against clinical grade CPAP data for apnea/hypopnea events, leaks, and pressure changes for example in SleepHQ.

Any derived or WHOOP‑calculated “events” or composite scores won’t meet my needs here.

I’d love to see WHOOP evolve in this direction; it would make the device far more useful for members managing sleep apnea and evaluating real‑world treatment quality. There are a lot of CPAP users who also use Whoop.

**Sync of sleep stages**

For the same reason It would be very beneficial to get the sleep stages to sync properly to Apple Health. It would allow seeing whether breathing events are causing disturbances or wake you up,

Thanks for considering this.
