1/ WHOOP AI exercise/activity suggestions need to match your current recovery and what your able to do.
I’ve quizzed AI about this in app and it says they are seperate. Please link and work together for a more seamless response.
2/ Stop the auto rotate function when talking to WHOOP AI.
Quite annoying feature really. Your chatting to AI and your phone angles slightly, then the app rotates straight to the health data, namely HR. Then when you ‘X’ out of the page, your back to the standard home page and have to start off your AI conversation again.
