Hi WHOOP team,

I’m a big fan of WHOOP. It has become a core part of how I manage sleep, recovery and training. There is one area where I really miss it: weight management.

WHOOP already measures my calorie expenditure, and does it better than most devices. But weight is about balance, and the other half of that balance, calorie intake, is missing. Right now I have to log food in a separate app and connect the dots myself. The Journal integration via Apple Health helps a bit, but it doesn’t close the loop.

What I’d love to see inside WHOOP:

1. Goal-based programs: weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain, maintenance. Each would have its own logic for targets and recommendations.
2. Native calorie and macro intake tracking (ideally with photo or voice logging).
3. Daily energy balance: intake vs. expenditure, with a target that adapts to my Strain and Recovery.
4. Progress over time: how my balance, weight and recovery trend together.

WHOOP is already the most accurate source of the “calories out” side. Adding “calories in” and goals would make it a complete weight management tool, instead of forcing users to piece it together across apps.

Please consider this for the roadmap. I’d happily test it.

Best regards,
Veronika Peretyagina
