We need more accurate, detailed data to help women understand whether changes in our metrics are normal cycle related patterns, or whether they could be from overtraining, poor sleep, stress, illness, travel, or other health factors.
Right now the chart shows smoothed data and expected trends, but it’s not very useful unless we can see our actual numbers on the chart. It would be much more helpful to compare our data across each phase of our cycle.
It would be helpful if we could tap on each day and see:
