So, it’s been a long time since I’ve been contacting the whoop team, I’m just bombarded by different agents asking me for the same details; I’ve opened up like 7-8 tickets till now. They first assured me that I would be getting my sensor replaced by their Indian distributor called Tigerpug, but it’s been 2 weeks and there has been no response from either of the parties. I don’t know why people even like Whoop, it’s the most unprofessional company there is, could you please suggest something?
