I’ve been using the Whoope for 200+ days for strength training, running, and cycling. Most of my training is lifting weights. I know from the app that there’s an exercise trends tab; however, I thought that’s not populated because I haven’t used the device long enough.
So the other day I was pleased when I finally saw this screen:
I went over to the strength training, checked bench press, only to see nothing:
Am I using this feature wrong?
