Hi while ordering i accidentally wrote in the wrong email therefore i could not receive emails about my whoop. Does this mean my membership has gone to some random person or is there a way i can change this ?? Because Ive already paid for it

If you accidentally entered the wrong email during your WHOOP order, your membership is tied to that email address, which means you may not be receiving the membership emails because they are sent to the incorrect email.
You can update the email address associated with your WHOOP membership through the WHOOP mobile app by following these steps:

Open the WHOOP app and log in.

Tap the More tab on the navigation bar.

Go to My Account > Profile Information.

Tap the email field, enter the correct email address, and confirm the change.

Check your inbox for a confirmation email from WHOOP and click the confirmation link to complete the update.
Please ensure there are no typos in the new email address and check your spam or junk folders if you don’t see the confirmation email.
