# ECG reading doesn’t work

I’v been wearing my brand new whoop for 2 weeks now and i tried to do the ecg reading everyday a million times and still writes the same things for me that ech reading failed after 30 seconds. I tried the reading on my boyfriends arm and it works for him so its clearly working but only not on mine as im skinniery i tried moving the band up and down away from my wrist bone and put it as tight as possible and still wont work. How can I fix this? The reason I payed for this membership is to use the ecg reading benefits what I cant seem to be able to use it.

Same for me. I turned it under my wrist, because the top is hairy AF. That worked for me, and so did the bicep band.
