Back in June after three replacements I could never get the ecg to work. Have they fixed this issue yet? I might upgrade during the black Friday sale. I went down to the peak due to frustration.
My ECG worked fine until a few months ago now it doesn’t work at all. I suffer with atrial fibrillation and tachycardia so I was sending ECG’s to my cardiologist now I’ve lost that ability I wonder if it’s worth keeping my Whoop.
I’ve been on the forums and tried all the advice, make strap tighter, hold sensors more lightly/ firmer. Nothing works.
I think a software upgrade has regressed the system, I wish they had a rollback feature so I could check.
I bit the bullet and went to Best Buy and got the MG. For three days now it has worked fine and I’m in the latest software. Fingers crossed.
