Double Charge and a charge on my Whoop device that I haven’t used for months

I got a whoop device last December but I haven’t used the device in over 3 months. I canceled my membership but I still got charged on my card for a renewal of a membership I’m looking to get a refund on that charge and also I received another charge of the same amount last week. So refund on original charge and the double charge.
