I have Life Plan but I can’t see the ECG.

ECG is part of our Heart Health features, and it’s available specifically when using a WHOOP MG sensor paired with a Life membership. Having the Life Plan is perfect, we just need to make sure you’re also wearing an MG device, since ECG does not appear on 4.0 or 5.0 hardware.
If you are using MG, you’ll find the ECG under Health → Heart Health → ECG.
If it’s not showing, a quick reboot often helps refresh the feature:
To reboot your device, please navigate to Device Settings by selecting the device icon in your app. Then go to Advanced > Reboot Device.
And depending on where you’re located, feature availability can vary slightly:
