I order the same whoop band twice and I’m trying to figure out how can i cancel one of the orders

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, even if it hasn’t shipped yet. Since you ordered the same WHOOP band twice, you will need to wait for the extra order to arrive and then initiate a return for that order.
You can start the return process once you receive the order by going to your membership page and following the return instructions. WHOOP will provide a prepaid return label, and after the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
