Devolution UPS ground México

I live in Mexico, Today is my second-to-last day until they charged me 110 dollars for the devolution of the whoop, and when I went to ups they told me the ups label ground isn’t valid, and that whoop needed to send me a valid label for Mexico, and when I wrote an email to whoop, an ai responded me that there’s nothing they could do. Anybody knows how to fix it? Or who do I contact to escalate things?

Hola Pablo, tengo ese mismo problema y el support center me dice que ya me enviaron el invoice para realizar la devolucion, como lo resolviste si es que pudiste? espero que lo hayas resuelto.
