I currently have a new iPhone and I can’t get my Whoop to connect. When I open the app, I do see my Whoop appear. But as soon as I click on it, take the Whoop off my wrist, and press the top quickly and repeatedly, a green light appears instead of a blue one. I think that’s why I can’t get it to connect. And yes, I’ve fully charged it. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, and tried connecting the charger three times in a row quickly. I don’t know what else to do… I’ve been trying for two days now and it’s still not working.
Try sliding the battery pack on when you are pairing it. This has worked for me when I’ve had issues getting the blue light to turn on. Let me know if this works!
Yes i did, but i have already fully recharge my Whoop and now they said:
Follow the steps below:
To reset the WHOOP sensor, continue wearing it and let it drain completely. Monitor battery progress by double-tapping the sensor and checking the LED color.
To ensure your WHOOP sensor has fully discharged, wait 15 minutes after the LEDs no longer respond to tapping.
Take the WHOOP sensor off your wrist, connect it to the battery pack, and charge it up to 100%.
Once fully charged, you should be able to pair your WHOOP as normal. please contact us again if this doesn´t resolve your issue, so we can replace your device.
I have exactly the same problem since Sunday 15th June. I also follow the instruction from Whoop (I had a ticket) but it doesn’t work. @Whoop, any other tips to solve this problem ? Can you test the connection from your office and tell us what’s wrong ?
Thank you for helping
