Hey Whoop, my name is Brewer Lael and I have had a whoop since December. I love the product but I am having issues with my 5.0. My whoop will not pair to my phone in the app but is showing up in my Bluetooth. I have already powered off my phone and forgot the device from my Bluetooth. Also whenever I go to pair it in my app, the light on the side will not turn blue and is just staying blue. I was wondering if you could send me a new one.
