I’m posting here to formally request escalation of my order issue.
I placed an order for the MG SportFlex Band | Flurry on February 2 (Order #B59619610). As of today, it is still marked as “processing in warehouse” with no shipment confirmation and no estimated dispatch date.
At this point, the concern is no longer just the delay — it’s the absence of a clear timeline or proactive communication. Repeated automated responses without a concrete answer are not sufficient.
I am not requesting a refund. I simply expect transparency and fulfillment of the order within a reasonable timeframe.
If there is a supply issue, please confirm it.
If there is a logistics delay, please provide a realistic shipping date.
I would appreciate direct intervention from someone on the WHOOP team who can provide a definitive update and resolution.
