I have received my whoop 5.0 a week ago and when I open the daily outlook I have nothing, i have followed every steps of a previous post to troubleshoot this but I still don’t have anything, app is up to date, cache emptied etc

Sorry to hear you’re running into issues with Coach. Since your app is up to date and you’ve tried clearing the cache, here are a few things to check:

Make sure WHOOP Coach is enabled in the app settings under Coaching Preferences, as Daily Outlook relies on this feature.

Confirm that location permissions are enabled for the WHOOP app, as Daily Outlook uses your location for weather and environmental insights.

Open the WHOOP app each morning to view the Daily Outlook summary on the Home screen.
If these are all set and you still see no data in Daily Outlook, it could be a syncing or app glitch. You might try force closing and reopening the app or restarting your phone to refresh the connection.

the daily outlook worked during a few days and since yesterday after the global “membership issue”, it’s not working again, it’s really annoying and difficult to try to follow something and stick to it if it’s always crashing
