Contested Shipping/Additional Charges on Order – Not Shown in App

I placed an order for an additional charger on the whoop app. It showed the price as INR 3540. To my surprise I was charged INR 13630 on my Credit card. I called the helpline to inquire and possible reverse the transaction not even 2 hours after the transaction. They said no cancellation can be made. I am sharing a screenshot showing the price and no mention of shipping prior to the transaction.I am feeling so cheated and feel this is extremely wrong on the side of Whoop. Shouldn’t they allow me to cancel and take a refund due to the lack of transparency?

Thank you for sharing your experience—I’m sorry to hear about the confusion and frustration regarding your accessory order and the unexpected charge.

WHOOP orders lock in immediately after checkout, so cancellations or changes are not possible, even if you reach out shortly after placing the order. However, you are eligible to return unworn accessories within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs. Members are responsible for both the original and return shipping fees.

Please note that any issues with billing or shipping need to be handled by support@whoop.com.
