Hello everyone
I took the new iPhone and I didn’t log out my whoop from the old one. I have a problem now connecting the whoop with the iPhone. The blue light is not appearing. Any help is much appreciated

Hi @marialiako7,
It sounds like your WHOOP sensor is not entering pairing mode, which is indicated by the blue flashing lights. Here are some steps to help you get your WHOOP connected to your new iPhone:
Make sure your WHOOP is fully charged using the WHOOP battery pack.
Take the WHOOP off your wrist and hold the sensor by its sides to avoid activating the green LEDs on the bottom.
Tap the top of the sensor very firmly and continuously with two fingers until you see only blue flashing lights. This means the sensor is in pairing mode.
On your new iPhone, open the WHOOP app and follow the prompts to pair your WHOOP device.
If your WHOOP was still paired to your old phone, try to unpair it from the old phone’s Bluetooth settings if possible. If you no longer have the old phone, you can skip this step.
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your new iPhone and that the WHOOP app has Bluetooth permissions.
Hi thanks for replying
But the blue light is not appearing no matter that it’s fully charged and I followed the steps
