Hi,
my WHOOP 5.0 has been completely dead for more than 4 days:
whoop support only sending same email again and again .. most probably ai generated
– No LEDs on the sensor, even when double‑tapping
– No LEDs on the 5.0 charger/PowerPack, no matter which USB port or plug
– Device will not charge, will not connect, stays completely unresponsive
I have already followed **all** troubleshooting steps in your help articles multiple times with no success.
Please review case **05523940** manually and arrange an **immediate replacement of both sensor and charger**, as this is clearly a hardware failure.
