It’s been a month since I last charged my whoop or used it. Whenever I try sliding the charger to the device it does not charge and cant see any lights. Ive been forth and back with whoop support about this problem but no solution was made. They keep asking me to clean the charger or change the plug but no process . do u have any idea on how to solve this problem?
