Sorry to hear you won’t be continuing with your WHOOP membership. To cancel, please follow these steps:

Visit app.whoop.com and log in with your WHOOP credentials.

Navigate to the Membership section.

Click on “Cancel Your Membership” at the bottom of the page.

Select the cancellation option that applies to your membership type and status.

Confirm the cancellation.
Please note:

If you are within a 12-month or 24-month commitment period, you cannot cancel immediately but can schedule your membership to cancel at the end of your commitment term.

If your membership is paused, you must resume it before canceling.

After cancellation, you can continue using WHOOP until the end of your membership term.

Once canceled, WHOOP will stop collecting and analyzing your biometric data.
